PMJ was founded in 2019, whose main
business is in coal trading. PMJ has played as a coal trader nationally from
2019 until now. At the end of 2020 PMJ
had a big changes in ownership.
It was take over by EBM Minerals and
Mr. Deny Alamsyah, so the latest composition of shares at PMJ is 96% owns by
EBM Minerals and 45 owns by Mr.Deny Alamsyah. The new shareholders had increase
the authorized capital and its paid-up capital. By this action we hope PMJ can
play a major role in coal trading both nationally and internationally.
Before we are doing acquisition of
PMJ, we have long experience in multisectors. In energy sector, We owned the
Gheothermal energy with PT.PP (Persero) as one of the partnership. Furthermore,
in infrastrcuture we have Toll road in East Java with PT. Waskita Toll Road as one
of the JV partner until 2018. We have also Palm Oil Plantation in Mid
Kalimantan. Lastly, ini banking sector, the owner have micro banking business,
BPR Taman Artha Kencana in Sidoarjo East Java. Recently, we have operate tin
mining and Rare Earth mining. We believe in our mother land has a very
extensive kind of rare material. Thus, we have created “ Advanced Material Science”
lab for developing of our Rare Earth based on research and practical. Hopefully
by the end of next year we have the final result.
Indeed, we have run multisector
business. Yet, we are very obsessed with future energy that sustainable, efficient
and low cost or even free. We are now doing very intensive research with our expert
partner and Professors from University and developing prototype about Artificial
Energy source that have zero cost, zero fuel, zero emission and last forever.
We called “FREE ENERGY”.
